Our mission is to provide thermal and waterproofing solutions to new buildings as well as tackling defects and repairs to existing building stock and commercial refurbishment projects.
Rateavon are a Jersey based company offering friendly support, services and long term solutions to the commercial market.
Rateavon was established in January 2009 to offer its Channel Island Clients a portfolio of specialist construction services.
In the commercial market, Rateavon offer modern, bespoke specification backed systems that are designed to perform in a marine, severe exposure environment. The systems are warranty backed offering the end user peace of mind that each product and application has gone through a Quality Assurance process from inception to completion. Rateavon’s “one stop shop” marketability illustrates both its commitment and confidence to provide solutions to today’s construction challenges in new build as well as tackling building defects and repairs on existing properties.

It is important to Rateavon that its products meet the requirements of an island market, therefore the products used in all of the systems are UK leaders in their specialist field, and have been proven in coastal locations. Each product has been chosen for its cost, quality and technical support which Rateavon feel are the main criteria in any system choice.
All of Rateavon’s staff have industry experience and are constantly assessed on performance and quality. Rateavon are committed to providing local opportunities for growth and advancement through the business and also ensure that product training is undertaken on an annual basis.
Health and Safety is a main priority of Rateavon and we offer job specific risk assessments and method statements where required. We are also proud to maintain a strong partnership with Coppello & Coyde Ltd and Rateavon are fully insured for all works including coastal and high-rise.
Rateavon are a member of the Jersey Construction Council.
Rateavon have a strong link with charity, having worked with St Helier in Bloom and also the Parish of St Helier on a number of projects. Rateavon also partner with the Advance to Work, Trackers Apprenticeships and Back to Work placement schemes.
Rateavon’s link with its UK partners reinforces the need for future proofed solutions based on performance, quality and cost certainty which can directly passed onto its Clients and present a low risk to those who seek long term solutions.
